Effect of Terms
1. All offers, deliveries and services proceeded by the seller were made according to the following conditions.

Supply, Payment
1. Delivery word-wide
2. Delivery within Germany: pre-payment by remittance to our bankaccount or by PayPal.
3. Delivery to other countries: pre-payment by remittance to our bankaccount or payment by PayPal.
4. For pre-payments the particulars of the confirming e-mail shall be used. The goods will be supplied upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Costs
1. Delivery Costs are in addition to the invoiced amount.
2. The current prices for delivery you will find in the servicesite: postage.

Offer, Price, Placement of Order, Formation of Contract
1. All offers made by the seller on his internet/web-pages, including price details, are without engagement and not binding. A contract only will be concluded either upon placement of order or upon delivery.
2. There is no minimum order value
3. All prices stated at the web-pages include german taxes and all other german fees, excluding delivery costs
4. According to the BGB (german civil law) the customer has the right of revocation. The period for revocation starts with receipt of goods by the addressee. The period for revocation takes two weeks. For keeping of term it will do to send the goods back in time.
5. The right of revocation is not applicable for contracts concluded with companies or free-lancers acting on their professional behalf.

Delivery Times, Shipment, Insurance
1. Goods are delivered a.s.a.p., ie. within few days. Delivery as long as stocks last.
2.Shipment and delivery will be executed by German Post (Deutsche Post Euro Express Deutschland GmbH).
3. All shipments are cargo insured up to 500,- EUR.
4. The shipment of the goods happens at buyers risk.
5. Damage
In case such occurs, transport damage must be reported to the delivering company and to the seller without delay.
6. The customer is liable for additional shipping cost in case of incorrectly stated address specifications by the customer.

Partial Supply
1. Should one item of the order not be available, the prepaid amount will be reimbursed a.s.a.p.
2.If only short delivery is possible, the seller is liable for the shipping cost of the
additional delivery.
3. Claims for belated or undone deliveries are excluded.

Place of Performance, Jurisdiction
1. Place of Performance for all claims between customer and vendor is Greifswald.
